Multi Family Residential Shoots

A significant portion of my workflow revolves around photographing apartment buildings and their amenity spaces. My projects span a wide spectrum, ranging from single model units to luxurious mega-properties featuring 500 units or more. Since 2005, I have consistently photographed approximately twenty properties each year, accumulating extensive experience in capturing spaces of varying sizes and styles—whether modest or extravagant, vacant or furnished. Half-Day Shoot

  • Daytime hours
  • 20-30 photos (varies/negotiable)

  • Receive both high-res Tiff & Jpegs
  • No charge for weather postponements
  • Drone shots not included but available

    • Full Day Plus

  • ≤ 12 hours (arrival to departure)
  • Large Property + all amenity spaces 
  • Interior and exterior
  • Daytime and morning or twilight
  • 30-50+ photos (varies/negotiable)

    Apex Luxury Apartments property tour in Milpitas, CA commissioned by Newmark. For most projects, I'm given a day to shoot footage and at least two weeks of proofing with the client. For this project, I had just three hours to film and twelve hours to produce a final video.
