Half-Day Shoot

  • ≤ 3 hours (arrival to departure)
  • 1-3 spaces (rooms)
  • Interior or exterior
  • Daytime hours
  • 1-7 photos (varies/negotiable)
  • Photoshop retouching included
  • 2 rounds of proofing included
  • Receive both high-res Tiff & Jpegs
  • No charge for weather postponements
  • Drone shots not included but available

    • Full Day Shoot

  • ≤ 6 hours (arrival to departure)
  • One-story house
  • Interior and exterior
  • Daytime hours
  • 10-15 photos (varies/negotiable)
  • Photoshop retouching included
  • 2 rounds of proofing included
  • Receive both high-res Tiff & Jpegs
  • No charge for weather postponements
  • Drone shots not included but available

    • Full Day Plus

  • ≤ 10 hours (arrival to departure)
  • Two-story house
  • Interior and exterior
  • Daytime and morning or twilight
  • 15-25 photos (varies/negotiable)
  • Photoshop retouching included
  • 2 rounds of proofing included
  • Receive both high-res Tiff & Jpegs
  • No charge for weather postponements
  • Drone shots not included but available
